Responsible for full-cycle operations of the AndersFarm aquaponics system and involved in the development of commercial-scale systems, including system design, layout planning, and hands-on training programs.

Paula ensures Law and Order on our Farm.
She is a specialist in Quality Control of Tomatoes and air-dried fish skin.
Peter Neudecker
Founder, Senior Aquaponics Consultant
Master’s Degree in Business Administration
Over 17 years of practical experience in operating aquaponics systems.
More than 60 implemented designs for large-scale systems in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Thailand, Malaysia, Colombia, and the United Arab Emirates. Regularly conducting courses and lectures on the topic of aquaponics.
Wolfgang Leitner
Founder, Senior Aquaponics System Engineer
Engineering (University of Applied Sciences)
In 2020, he began collaborating with Peter Neudecker to support farmers in implementing their aquaponids projects, focusing on Aquaponics system design, designing processing facilities, developing HACCP concepts, and business calculations.
Since 2022, he has been developing facility concepts for Aquaponics Consulting GmbH and representing the company as its managing director.
