We speak English and German and are usually available at short notice by phone, but we prefer video conferences. Experience shows that there is nothing that cannot be discussed, explained, and ultimately solved online.

While we are generally open to visiting you on-site, please understand that in such cases we must charge for travel time and expenses in addition to the actual support time.
